Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "sh999" refers to the online gambling platform operating under the domain sh999.io and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
• "Platform" means the entirety of sh999's online casino and sports betting services, including all game content, payment interfaces, promotional systems, and customer support channels.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a verified account on sh999 and accesses the Platform for any purpose, including but not limited to placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or making deposits and withdrawals.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by completing sh999's registration process and verified in accordance with Section 2.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, comprising available funds, bonus balances, and pending withdrawal amounts.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on a casino game, live dealer game, sports event, or other gambling market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, cashback award, or reload bonus credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 6.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that sh999 applies to all registered accounts before processing withdrawal requests or at any other time sh999 deems appropriate.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all time-sensitive operations including bet settlement, promotion periods, and support availability.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The sh999 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. sh999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance will be returned to the original payment source, minus any winnings generated.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. sh999 is operated for the entertainment of players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws. sh999 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in jurisdictions outside its intended market.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on sh999. The operation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances. This includes accounts held by members of the same household using the same device or payment method, unless expressly approved by sh999's compliance team in writing.

2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes. sh999 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.5 Account Verification. sh999 may require Players to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a national ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence — as part of the KYC process. Document submissions are reviewed by sh999's compliance team within five (5) business days. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to sh999's satisfaction.

Account Security

3.1 Player Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach, you must notify sh999's support team immediately by emailing [email protected]. sh999 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification, but is not liable for any losses incurred prior to receiving notice.

3.3 Security Measures. sh999 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections, OTP verification for sensitive account actions including withdrawals and password changes, and continuous login activity monitoring. Players are strongly encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to log out of their Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

3.4 Shared Devices. sh999 strongly advises against using the "Remember Me" session persistence feature on any device that is accessible to other individuals. sh999 accepts no liability for Account activity conducted by third parties who gain access to a Player's device or browser session due to the Player's failure to log out or secure their device.

Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sh999 accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits may also be processed via Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. sh999 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit at the platform level; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits, which Players are responsible for checking with their respective provider.

4.3 Currency. All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus values are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). sh999 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred through a Player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account Wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. In the event of a technical delay, the Player should retain their transaction reference number and contact sh999 support for manual verification.

4.5 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your sh999 Account are legally obtained and belong to you. sh999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time in connection with large deposits or deposits that trigger internal risk thresholds.

Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. sh999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts held in names other than the registered Account holder's name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same Account.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain in the Player's Wallet until the balance reaches the minimum.

5.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (BST). Requests submitted during peak periods or outside BST business hours may take up to 24 hours. Bank card withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

5.4 KYC Requirement. sh999 will not process any withdrawal request until the Player's Account has been fully verified under the KYC process described in Section 2.5. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively after registration to avoid delays when they wish to withdraw.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits. sh999 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at any time. Players will be notified of applicable limits via their Account dashboard. Winnings that exceed standard withdrawal limits may be processed in tranches at sh999's discretion.

5.6 Withholding of Withdrawals. sh999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, collusion, bonus abuse, or irregular betting patterns. The Player will be notified of any investigation within five (5) business days of the withdrawal request being flagged.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spin credits, cashback awards, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers made available by sh999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. sh999 does not apply a single default wagering multiplier across all promotions.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Each Player is eligible to claim each promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. sh999 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility to specific payment methods, game categories, or Player segments. The use of multiple accounts or payment methods to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account closure.

6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in each promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited without compensation.

6.5 sh999 VIP Programme. Players who qualify for sh999's VIP tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Black Diamond) may be eligible for enhanced bonuses, personalised reload offers, cashback rates, and priority withdrawal processing. VIP programme terms are communicated directly to qualifying Players by their assigned account manager or via the Account dashboard. sh999 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds and benefits at any time with reasonable notice.

6.6 Promotional Modifications. sh999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion at the time of its modification will have their participation grandfathered under the original terms unless the modification is required to comply with applicable law or regulation.

Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All wagers placed on the sh999 Platform are subject to the specific game rules published within each game interface and the sportsbook rules published in sh999's dedicated rules section. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

7.2 Sports Betting. Pre-match and live betting markets are provided for cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as listed in the sportsbook at the time of betting. sh999 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets at reduced odds where an event is abandoned, interrupted, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

7.3 Bet Voidance. sh999 reserves the right to void any wager placed on the basis of a palpable error — including but not limited to an odds error, a system malfunction, or a data feed error — regardless of whether the wager has been confirmed or winnings have been credited. Players will be notified of any voided wager and the credited stake will be returned to their Wallet.

7.4 Maximum Win Limits. Individual wagers and accumulator bets are subject to maximum payout limits as published in the sh999 sportsbook and casino lobby. Winnings in excess of published maximum payout limits will not be credited to the Player's Wallet.

7.5 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets are time-sensitive. sh999 employs a brief processing delay on live bets to mitigate the risk of late-bet placement after a material event (such as a wicket falling or a goal being scored). Bets confirmed after a material event may be voided at sh999's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sh999 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement.
• Operating more than one Account on the sh999 Platform, whether under the same identity or under a different name or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate promotional systems.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games or sports betting markets with the intent to manipulate outcomes or exploit Platform features.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or bonus-hunting strategy that exploits promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or funding your Account with proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any aspect of the sh999 Platform's software, systems, or security infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sh999 staff, support agents, or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment. sh999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform provides a suite of player-controlled responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the Account dashboard, without the need to contact support.

9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set and reduced at any time. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of their session duration and total wagers placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended, and the Player is removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership. All content on the sh999 Platform — including but not limited to the sh999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content licensed from third-party studios, text, graphics, and databases — is the intellectual property of sh999 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

10.2 Restricted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sh999 Platform for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; using sh999's branding or trademarks in any way not expressly authorised; or creating derivative works based on any Platform content.

10.3 Third-Party Content. Game content on the sh999 Platform is provided under licence from third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such game content remain with the respective studios. sh999 makes no representation of ownership over third-party game content.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. sh999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While sh999 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Players in advance where practicable.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sh999 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical fault; loss of data; loss of profit; or reputational harm.

11.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, sh999's aggregate liability to a Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's Account Wallet at the time the claim arises.

11.4 Third-Party Services. sh999 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party payment services (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), third-party game studio platforms, or any other external services accessed through or in connection with the sh999 Platform.

Amendments to These Terms

12.1 Right to Amend. sh999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via a notification in their Account dashboard and/or by email to the registered address, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the sh999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining Account balance prior to the effective date of the amendment.

12.3 Governing Version. The current version of these Terms & Conditions, as published on the sh999 Platform, supersedes all prior versions. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of the terms that govern their use of sh999.
